I really enjoyed the warm welcome from the gentleman in the glasses! Thank you Ed was awesome at listening to what we did as professions in our role and using tailoured examples for us to further understand how we would use Excel.
The course over ran a bit but that was not the trainers fault as she was having to devote extra time to learners that were struggling to grasp things.
