Great day overall, and I'm going to return to work feeling much more useful and efficient (and excited to use my new skills!) Sal was wonderful and the setting and pace of the day was very comfortable. I never thought I would enjoy any sort of IT training.
The Manual was only rated 2 as we didn't use it that much. I expect I'll find it really useful when I go back to the office and need a refresher when using certain formulas. The Facilitator was wonderful - really knowledgeable and friendly. I expected a larger size group as well, so a small group of 3 was great for getting individual help if needed. The course was quite fast paced at times, so may be better split over 2 days? But overall really helpful! Thank you!

I thought Kevin the trainer was fantastic, great energy and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed that although learning new things, he was interested in how it applied to our jobs and day-to-day data analysis. I thought that I was quite an advanced Excel user but this course was very helpful in providing techniques to help speed up analysis or provide more thorough analysis.
A very bright and welcoming venue however we were not greeted or said 'hello' to by anyone until after around ten minutes. Our tutor Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable in the subject. Plenty of breaks and a wide range of refreshments. Lovely atmosphere to train at and will definitely be recommending this to others and hopefully return for further training. Happy, Happy, Happy...
