A really insightful day (they always are!) that definitely challenged me and provoked some reflection into my ways of working but ultimately has given me some great tools and insights into what to work on and how to work on it.

Wonderful as always

Very interesting and varied day. I reinforced a lot of prior knowledge, as well as learning new skills and techniques.

Paul was so clear and engaging and I felt really calm and at ease. He had a good command of the room and modelled so many of the skills and tips he was discussing. i felt I learnt just as much from observing him as I did from the words he spoke

Temperature was good, lovely refreshments, Friendly clean and welcoming environment

Here’s an example of how you might phrase feedback for a facilitation course: I found the facilitation course to be incredibly insightful. The content was well-structured, and the exercises provided practical skills that I can immediately apply in my sessions. I particularly appreciated the focus on different communication styles and how they impact group dynamics. One area for improvement could be more real-life examples or perhaps case studies to further illustrate how to manage challenging situations in a facilitation setting.
