Nicky is a fantastic facilitator. The course material was interesting and relevant to my role.

Christine was patient with me when I got lost a couple of times and with her help managed to get back on track. Pace was good though and covered quite a few sections. Was able to distinguish between browser and OneDrive as often got muddled as to which section I was in. Feel more confident and knowledgeable and will put what I've learnt into operation.
