Great course, very useful, thank you

Great training session with lots packed in! Rachael was fantastic, I also picked up some ideas for when I deliver training sessions. She included everyone in a way which was comfortable for them.

Rachael is an engaging facilitator who really understands what people want out of this course. There is a great mix of interaction to listening and the content is super informative and useful.

Rachael was fantastic and delivered a really informative, clear, genuinely useful and interesting 2 sessions. I liked her teaching style, she was very inclusive, friendly, warm, personable and was really good at including everyone without making it feel forced or awkward. The amount of resources shared is very generous and I think a lot of people who attended the course will make changed from it

Today's session went really well. The safe space Marilyn and DJ provided allowed me to share some personal experiences in one of the feedback segments from the activity sessions. It was therapeutic! Thank you to them both and to the group.
