Overall it has been a very useful day where I have learned plenty.
I selected 5 stars for mostly all options for good reason.
I have booked many colleagues on to a Happy course and have always received good feedback a week after and serval months after now I know why. A great course.
The excel training was very good i feel it is going to help me with my work and even do better
I found the course very useful and it complemented the Word Core Level 2 Long Document I completed previously.

Very friendly and welcoming staff on arrival, lovely lunch and really warm atmosphere in the breakout area. Facilitator was very helpful, went at the speed of all people in room. I think the pace was good, perhaps needs to be a two day course to get through more things! Or maybe I should get onto the next course!
The whole day was so lovely, I felt at ease the whole time and not at all patronised or pressed to know the answers. Pat was so lovely and helpful and I have walked away knowing I have used the time productively and well.
