I was directed to the course venue by helping me with their phone. I actually didn't know this new place - was used to the old office.
Awesome day! So relaxed yet I learned a lot. The facilitator was so calm and relaxed yet happy to have a laugh and conversation. Loved the ice cream (granted), and the welcome was really nice.
Great course, length of time is just about right, Rudy is a great teacher, very patient and encouraging, I love the venue and the décor, it took me out of the work environment. I have instagramed the pics of the office!!
I really enjoyed the day. I feel like I've learnt a lot from the course but it hasn't felt intense at all. Very relaxed! The atmosphere and décor of the office is great too. Love the inspirational quotes!
I really enjoyed the course and the learning environment made me feel like I absorbed more info. I think its much better that the call size is small. I wasn't sure about booking on for level 2 or three but I think doing level 2 will really help me absorb more from level 3.

good but sometimes we went too quick and it was hard to follow
A lovely place to train & very practical tools to take back and use at work. Great to have a manual to take home too!
