This was a great course, i really enjoyed it. Learnt loads about different aspects of management. Really enjoyed the involvement of the group and rotation so we got to work with everyone within the group.

This topic is one that I live and breathe in my day to day life. Strangely enough I found the course today very hard. I found it thought provoking and interesting. It highlighted my current behaviours and gave me ideas for new things to try out. I need to go away and think about how to apply it.
