We wasted the first hour and a half of the day and did the whole bit about tables etc - the reasons why I signed up for the course - in the last fifteen minutes of the course. I am extremely disappointed. In order to get anything out of this course I will need to go through the entire manual.

overall I felt it was a very constructive day .

The trainer was really friendly and knew her stuff; always making sure that all our questions were answered before moving onto the next stage. The venue was also really lovely with lots of tea and biscuits!

Ebe was a fantastic facilitator. We were made to feel very welcome and she was great at checking that we had retained the information before moving on to the next section. She was a very accomplished trainer and I have learnt loads on this course.
