Very happy with the amount of interaction, which allowed me to talk to people across the company that I wouldn't necessarily talk to and see the differences in management styles.

I went in with not much understanding of what the course would entail, but found it really insightful. Paul was great as a facilitator, super engaging and had everyone involved. Pace was great, and as an added bonus, it was great to get to know my colleagues better and understand their management styles in more depth.

I didn't really have any personal objectives for this session. However, I have learned a lot about how to best approach my team, and traits that they might like to see.

The Zoom online meeting was facilitated effectively, with our host engaging the team and guiding the discussion on key concepts. All team managers were present, creating a valuable opportunity to share opinions and perspectives based on their experiences and understanding as managers. The session was highly positive and collaborative.

The structure of alternating presentations, group work and our own personal feedback was really effective and meant that energy levels stayed high throughout the day. I was surprisingly happy to sacrifice a day of my holiday for this course.
