The course was excellent, there is so much I didn't realize I could do so much to create excellent training - I wish I'd attended this course in my Training Manager capacity at Hackney Council. This is an excellent course for anyone in the Learning and Development field. It would certainly offer the ability to create cost effective learning. I would however have preferred to cover the training at a slower pace with more exercises over 3 days. There was so much information to cover for a course which does not require any previous knowledge. I was with one other person who was both extremely IT literate and aware of software capabilities, this challenged me further to keep with the pace. Fortunately, she helped me and our excellent trainer Ebe used her experience to ensure we both worked at a pace which was comfortable for us both.

Ebe was very god at varying the course to meet the needs of different learners - thank you!

Friendly, warm atmosphere. Good sense of rapport in the classroom. Loved the comparison with excel formulas as a calculator - made them much less daunting. Nice to know there's a helpline afterwards.

i would have liked more time on filtering and sorting of excel. I think the trainer was good though i felt she was tiring towards the end of the course

I found the pace slow for me but that could be due to me asking questions or there being more students than anticipated. I learnt a lot but not as much as I would have liked. Exercises were good but would have liked them to be more numbers based: see how I can apply my learning to e.g. an accountants database. The booklet seems good, haven't gone through it all yet. I am satisfied though shame we weren't able to finish it - hopefully we'll be able to have an additional few hours to cover the segment we couldn't do in class.

I really enjoyed the course both content and presentation. The time flu by without me noticing which for me was amazing. I tend to drift away after a couple of hours. Although, the content was harder to assimilate than I initially expected and for this reason I felt that one day is not enough to cover everything, at least for a beginner like me.
