The tutor was really nice and she knows a lot, this made very easy to explain everything to us. She is very nice and she explain everything in a easy way.
The course was useful, thanks for the opportunity. The content was slightly rushed because it was only one day. However, since there is so much to learn, this is understandable.
It was a little less useful for me than I expected as I already use some of the tools but very useful in terms of giving me new ways of working (because I haven't been using the existing tool consistently)
I have previously attended Happy training, but I have to say that this time the experience was much better. Attending online, with a smaller group of participants, made it easier to ask questions and interact without feeling intimidated. I would have preferred if the course included more exercises and practical tests, as the time available felt too short to ensure some of the concepts were fully assimilated by attendees. Practice is key, and while I understand it’s not always possible to cover everything within the session, I believe more time should be built in for hands-on application. Overall, the materials provided are a useful reference for what the course covered, and I have already started using the resources. At times, it felt as though the facilitator wasn’t fully confident in using the platform. I can’t recall the exact moments, but I do remember questioning their expertise in Google Sheets on a couple of occasions.
DJ was great. Very engaging and interesting. He challenged our assumptions and gave some great ideas.
