Brilliant day, I am now excited to use Excel at work and make my work easier and more efficient for me. I would definitely recommend this course to someone.

Some problems sticking to time (we started late and then came back late from lunch) but trainer was very apologetic

Sal was a very good presenter and engaging. It was good that there was a mixture of doing the exercises ourselves, watching Sal demonstrate and follow a step by step guide from the work sheets. There were a couple of points during the training where some of the things that we are trying to achieve was not possible. I know that Sal tried to find out the answer where she could but it was a little frustrating and the only slightly negative point but overall I really enjoyed the training and look forward to putting it in to practice. I know the skills and knowledge I have learnt today will improve my presentations!

I've really enjoyed the course and am keen to put things into practise. Felt comfortable asking questions which I always find reassuring

The course manual and topics covered were helpful. This was let down quite considerably by two issue: 1: We each had IT difficulties whether this was Powepoint 16 or powerpoint 10 and sorting these out really slowed up our progress. 2: Our tutor though friendly was quite confusing and I'm not sure how familiar she was with teaching the course. Things were not explained in a clear manner and there were often issues that she didn't understand. I did find this frustrating I had to say.

The only thing I would change is more exercises (I learn best like that) but I absolutely loved today, thank you!
