Best training I’ve been on in years. Facilitator was mindful of identity and content was curated to be mindful of neurodiversity and culture. I took so much away !

I found the structure and pace of the training very good. Very good material, very well presented and put together. All of the activities were on a scale of good to excellent. Sarah is a fantastic trainer, very friendly and encouraging

The cohort and the facilitator are fantastic, they give me the opportunity to consider different perspectives.

I thought it was really engaging - the facilitator was great. Very knowledgable, paced very well and calming. Used good stories and examples to paint a picture. The group got a lot out of it and enjoyed their time. Very effective models - practical and can be easily implemented to give feedback and for situational decision-making. Facilitator gently included everyone. A great course to support new and seasoned managers.

This session I nearly did not attend due to organisational pressures - perhaps thought should be given to move it a week or two forward and have a bigger gap before final session as suspects some could not come due to winter pressures
