Loved the setting and the training, the only thing I would have like a little more of was to get set tasks to work independently a little more.

I found the topics covered very useful and will be looking for opportunities to put what I learned into practice. also developed a better understanding of how pivot tables work.

Day 2 was so much better

Really enjoyed it. It's helped me to really think about how these changes can make Claire House a better place.

Second day was my favorite as it was more action led. Pace was very fast at times. would have prefered to focus on fewer principles for longer.
