The only additional thing I would have liked was focus on managing group conflict dynamics and inter organisational conflict otherwise I thought structure and content were good. Thanks :)
Much needed course, feel better equip to use excel within my role.
I think there was a misunderstanding with the booking from our organisation but it was handled well here.
Good learning session, I would take out macros from grade 3 and spend time on approved sheets we use already for work or more time on other topics.
Overall a very good session and really insightful! So glad I could attend!
