Enjoyed this session and it was very helpful

Having the course starting 30 min late was not well received from my part and i find unprofessional

This was a n excellent course and I came with a lot of anxiety as I don't use Excel that often and my training was so long ago. The instructor was patient and clear. It was really easy to follow even though there was a lot of information.

Excellent facilitator! Talked about topics that were really relevant to delegates daily use of Outlook and made sense to individual's workloads. More time for exercises would have been great, but the pace was excellent and Sal managed to cover so much but not rush at all. Facilitator was very aware of delegates needs and kept up with the needs in the room effortlessly

Ebe was instructive, informative and able to make the content interesting. She involved the whole group and made each area relevant. She was very knowledgeable and engaging.

I liked the way we were instructed to change seats and help each other.

Sal is a great trainer and made everything very easy to understand.

It's been a great day overall, good pace, good teaching and good level of interaction. Great venue to study and felt very welcomed. Overall the facilities has been really enjoyable.
