Course and Trainer was very informative and useful however, it was a lot of information to absorb and process. Refresher training in the future or Q&A sessions might be useful

Very good and informative training course. I learnt an awful lot about IF statements. I will recommend this course to anyone interested in improving their excel skills. Online training is the future.

really good gets you thinking about how you manage situations and conversations and that there are other ways to approach situations without them becoming aggressive.

The course is well structured and gives some useful tools in management. However, should include alternatives to when the use of these tools don't go to plan or for situations when they are not necessarily appropriate

Helpful techniques. I just need to practice them to feel confident with the theory.
