Certitude should have given a better information on the course content prior to training

Not clear information from certitude about the content of the training. Trainer had to adapt to the learners' knowledge

Rudy was a fantastic trainer. He very much paced the day around the group and answered individual questions with ease and patience. He made, what can appear to be quite a boring topic, very enjoyable and relatable. He made sure our aims were met and the course certainly exceed my expectations.
