Kay was an amazing trainer. I learnt a lot from her and hopefully will be more assertive in all aspects of my life from now on.

Amazing that there was a gluten free option. I'm a coeliac and it's always a nightmare to eat at events like this. Loved the fact that it wasn't sandwiches either! The room was a little on the warm side, is my only comment. Massive thanks to Rudy who was very patient, kind and generous with his time.
