Great course, relative to the changes within the Council
I didn't feel like i was in training as it was more like a workshop, which is a good thing. Mike used his knowledge, background info and also the challenges we face with our own projects and helped to unpick how to solve them, which meant we learnt as we were going. Mike did this in a fun way and constantly engaged everyone in the room. It was a really great session that I've taken away lots from and shared with my colleagues already :)
I was told that Happy was a lovely place to go for a course but had no idea how great it would be! I normally struggle to learn/stay engaged but had no trouble at all today. The facilitator was so helpful and patient, she made sure everyone knew exactly what they were doing at all times - I think if I had had her as my professor at uni then I wouldn't have needed this course! The food was lovely - I particularly loved the ice cream freezer and the sparkling water. I also really loved that you had female sanitary products available for free in the bathroom. I would thoroughly recommend this course and Happy in general, thank you!

Mike never fails to deliver great training and always provides great source/material to refer to for anyone's knowledge. I am a true fan of his training style and always walk away with key knowledge that has always helped me for my working role.
Fantastic training course. Really well paced and the facilitator was really good at ensuring we all understood, and worked through the parts we didn't. Very interactive and engaging course, which allowed information to be absorbed well. The facilitator managed the flow well and I was made to feel very welcome at Happy.

Before coming to the masterclass I felt nervous! For some reason I felt such a responsibility to represent our company and it’s ambition to create a happy culture and ‘where on earth do I start’ Since arriving it has been nothing but inspiring! I felt my views and comments were heard, my mindset challenged and Henry helped me to see what possibilities we have to apply so much to our people and company I can’t wait to share it with everyone! Feel honoured to have been involved in a small focused group ! Would highly recommend!
