The environment is lovely, the staff were all welcoming and friendly. Des was absolutely brilliant. He was engaging, positive and encouraging. I cannot thank him enough.

The course was well structured and I liked the summary exercise at the end of each section to recap on the learning. Maureen was helpful and supportive, but allowed me to work out the answers for myself. I would recommend her as a trainer.
Was a shame that due to IT issues, that the section on Solar overran, meaning that other topics on the agenda could not be covered in depth.
Mike facilitated the session really well, understood the needs of the participants and involved everyone in the exercises.
Very good course, thank you - the pace was perfect and it covered everything we need to get started. Only glitches were some of the PCs not working correctly due to not having been set up properly. Otherwise great - thanks Ed!

I thoroughly enjoyed the course, the instructor was very helpful and made everything understandable and enjoyable. I am looking forward to going back to work to put everything I have learned into practice. The facility is also a lovely place to work in and, as an aside, I will be taking a lot of the design ideas home with me! Excellent!!
