Really informative, stimulating and enjoyable day! Covered the fundamentals, used time-saving tricks and was shown handy ways to make content look more polished.
Pat was a very friendly, clear tutor. The course was a bit slow-paced for me but taught me what I wanted to know and a lot of great time-saving techniques for future use - I'm excited to put it all in to practice at work. Some of the design stuff (e.g. star shapes) is unlikely to be useful for me at work, but I appreciated the thoroughness.
Some delayed responses by e-mails, but overall all was in order. I'm very happy I did attend the course and thank you.
