i feel this course has prepared me to commence a leadership journey in which i am feeling positive about future changes and roles within my career

very interactive been online, good communication and kept all engaged.

The course helped me see more clearly what I have been doing wrong in my team and gave me motivation to start working on improving things.

This course has been an excellent opportunity to take time to explore and consider ideas and concepts that will allow improved leadership, strong and functioning teams.

Overall this was a good course encouraging me about my leadership style and how to improve it. I would recomend it to anyone on a leadership journey.

Really valuable tools and resources available this session. Interesting session around recruitment and retention which was quite thought provoking and timely from a recruitment perspective in my team.

I found Sal really lovely and engaging. She answered questions gracefully and was always on hand to help.
