I was completely new to MS Forms and feel confident I can use this as a tool now in my work setting

An excellent introduction to MS Forms. Normally I am quite overwhelmed by IT courses, but on this occasion I found that the pace and content of the course was matched perfectly to my ability and speed of learning. The trainer, Gill, was cheerful and knowledgeable, and did a great job of leading us through the course content in just the right level of detail. Well done!

I liked the way that the facilitator brought you in to the conversation and included all members at different times. Felt inclusive and safe. I liked time to think about the answers.

Today has been truly excellent. I have enjoyed hearing the theory, listening to the views and experiences of my course fellows and have taken away at least three areas to explore. I am really looking forward to the next session and meeting up with my buddy group.
