I was advised by otget managers that this was a good course but didnt arrive with great expectations. However i was pleasantly suprised and did find the course quite insightful and hope to be able to take back a lot of todays learnimg to help me in my role.

A little more variety in activities- lots of group discussion felt repetitive
Useful first day. Challenge for me is how we as a group achieve positive change together once/even if we agree what that looks like
Too varied IT skills amongst students slowed the class down at times - not sure everyone should have been on Level 2. Otherwise, was extremely good, as far as it went.
