It was a great day. Very discussion based so could do with more hands on activities

It was a good day. Some of the activities felt a bit contrived. Particularly the drama free dialogue exercise. I would have preferred to have had a more free format to comment on anything we had seen in our group.

Good vegan options, keep it up!

Had a bit of fun doing the course and enjoyed the chats with my colleague but also found the course to be slightly anxiety and existential crisis inducing which I'm not sure are good or bad things. Did find that I was having to try and listen to people while still processing the last thing that happened

I have found today surprisingly helpful, almost strips you of your judgements of all people and sends you out into the world with fresh eyes again and new tools to deal with what previously might have felt very challenging

Was doubtful about this training before attending, but really enjoyed my time here and feel a lot more confident using Excel. It definitely exceeded my expectations and will be extremely useful.

Nicky was great with the whole group - ensures everyone was involved and taking part and made us feel welcome. Thanks for the ice cream and much needed coffee in the morning!

I found the course really useful as a new manager it gave my some really useful approaches and ideas for ensuring I get the best our of staff, but also how to tackle some of the problems I need to deal with as a line manager.
