Excellent trainer and I received almost 1-2-1 tuition. The course booklet is very helpful. Good to know that videos are available for extra training. Surroundings are first class - no complaints at all.
I have learnt more on this course then I thought I would. I was slightly sceptical but my barriers were lowered as my eyes were opened. I think very differently about my approach and also my own place and contribution in the organisation. I think the scores from my team were very positive and show that we are moving in the right direction and improving the overall work culture of the organisation.
I found the staff very welcoming and very helpful, The Teacher Rudy was very helpful and explained things at a slow pace.I would definitely recommend.
I think the key to improving is to tailor this and make it more specific to the particular organisations issues and objectives
