Excellent day indeed. I learnt so many short cuts to help me in my day to day to make my work life a lot easier. I should have done this course 10 years ago !

COURSE WAS GREAT, TRAINER VERY FRIENDLY. VERY GOOD STRUCTURE TO THE COURSE TOO ALONG WITH CONSOLIDATION. LUNCH WAS NOT NICE.

amazing sessions has made me not be scared of power point as I use to be. Has given me much more insite into powerpoint and changed me from using it in my old ways.

I had dietary requirements that had been previously discussed and weren't met when it came to lunch time. The screens are hard to see, as is the board. The hardware isnt very nice too. The bookelt was hardly used but useful to take away.

I have learnt more than i expected which will be used at my everyday job. Higher level is hard for me. The facilitator was very good and very clear. Did help me where i got stuck.

Dez was amazing and absolutely transformed one of our colleagues completely and was so knowledgeable
