Staff at Happy are brilliant, I booked the course via France who was very helpful and flexible, great customer service. Trainer Serena was super approachable and explained things very well, offering lots of assistance and guidance, I really enjoyed the training. Went to lunch a bit late on the first day so food slightly cold and not many options left.

Very well organised tutor. Very patient and knowledgable.. A lot of new information on this advanced course as compared to the introduction and the intermediate which I have previously attended. I am comfortable using and trying additional features in MS Access

The training room was a bit small for the number of participants - as was the eating area. But the hot meal and ice creams made up for the lack of table space.

A useful day, but I did not fully understand / follow the section on work breakdown structure.

Great course and instructor. Unfortunately I think the food on the first day was limited. Two of our members had to go out and get something at Pret as they had run out! Maybe make larger quantities next time!

I am a person who needs to do more written work otherwise things do not stay in my head and moving around make things slip out of my head

It would be beneficial to receive more guidance on how we should achieve and evidence the 20% leaning element. Some examples on how we can demonstrate ILM lewrning would also be beneficial

the trainer was great and so was the course delivery. I would benefit more if this course was more than one day long as would benefit from going into certain topics more in dept. the course was very useful.
