I have learnt more on this course then I thought I would. I was slightly sceptical but my barriers were lowered as my eyes were opened. I think very differently about my approach and also my own place and contribution in the organisation. I think the scores from my team were very positive and show that we are moving in the right direction and improving the overall work culture of the organisation.
I found the staff very welcoming and very helpful, The Teacher Rudy was very helpful and explained things at a slow pace.I would definitely recommend.
I think the key to improving is to tailor this and make it more specific to the particular organisations issues and objectives
A very valuable day. A lot of information that I will need to go over as I was flagging by the end of the afternoon. Really really useful.
Lunch was tasty > waiting to warm lunch up was alittle slow.
A very useful and well structured course with plenty of time for each activity, lots of support for different levels and useful resources to take away. Very welcoming helpful staff and the facilities on the day were great. All of the staff were helpful and positive and offered a supportive, warm welcome. It just may be better to have a survey or quiz or conversation before the day to help attendees asses their needs and Course Level more easily before arrival.
