I think the intermediate class can be done without any background in Access for people who are quantitatively trained in any other software.

Kevin has the patience of a saint.. He is informative and wants to involve everyone. It is always difficult to know how to pitch to a group of people as we all have different experience of the application but Kevin made each feel involved.
