Very interesting, in-depth training. I was expecting it to focus on different personalities and how to handle them. Instead it was more focused on realizing ones own mindsets and believes.
The venue and the interior design is very uplifting, creating exactly the right kind of environment. Very humble, kind and comptent coach, and a great group of people - I think we didn’t only learn from the coach but also from each other. I definitely left the course feeling happy!
Yet another excellent course at Happy! Lots of useful discussions both in the groups and at break times, well facilitated by Paul and attended by a great bunch of people who all want to build better workplaces.

Great class. I had attended course 1 and now course 2 is definitively a good continuation of course 1. I really wish to attend course 3 as this was very helpful.
Rudy (facilitator) was clear, engaging and knowledgeable. Ensured we were meeting our personal objectives and also checked in to see how this would apply to our individual roles. He also answered lots of our questions and was really patient - no question felt like a stupid question! I have left feeling really knowledgeable and ready to use excel more day to day!
I really felt like I learnt a lot in my day session. I have felt really pressured and worried about my ability in previous courses (not with HC) but felt really supported today. The day was done in bite-sized sessions so it was really easy to learn.
Even if the different students in the class were of different levels, the teacher managed to keep everyone engaged and working on improving their learning. What could be nice is to have a test pre-class to determine which level you should start at.
Rudy was an amazing teacher,very patient and understanding. He help me to understant more how to talk to excel.
