I thought the training was well delivered and ensured that everyone was engaged. Things were explained clearly and simply. I was hoping that the training would cover more on UNISON policy and how we are supposed to use SharePoint but I suppose that is UNISON's job to cover rather than the external training provider's. Overall, I would definitely recommend this training to anyone who wants to grow more confident with SharePoint.

Great, well paced and I learnt a lot!

The training provided by Serena was excellent. It was presented in a clear, concise manner and I was able to keep up with the course. The training manual which has also been provided is really helpful and detailed and I am confident I will be able to be able to create my own dashboards using Power BI.

Serena was a wonderful trainer. She spoke clearly and explained things really well. She made sure everyone was included and able to follow along and was really responsive in answering all the questions we had. I feel a lot more confident now to take away the skills I've learnt from the course and apply them to my own work.

Useful day and well structured for a mixed group

The facilitator was lovely and very engaging - ensuring all of us were up to speed. Lovely venue too with really friendly staff.
