It was a wonderful training, Sal was very informative and friendly making it a lovely learning environment for the group. The Happy office space was also very welcoming making it a great for during break times. The Ice-cream freezer was an added bonus of joy!

I really appreciated the way Pat took us through the lesson. He was very patient and willing to answer any of our questions, no matter how small or silly. He was very clear and thorough, talking us through everything and then giving us a chance to actually try it ourselves to make sure we understood. All with his wonderful energy and sense of humour!
