Really enjoyable day, didn't answer all specific requirements I was hoping for but definitely gave me enough to go away and implement changes which should address some issues.

I think there is a big divide between managers leading ops/cht teams vs more creative-type teams that have less strictly/precisely defined objectives. Tailoring course towards the two a bit differently may help it be more relevant

Really good session with great practical tips. Tbh the title of the course is uninspiring - the whole thing exceeded expectation. Nicky is excellent.
