The lunch was not very filling - not much variety. Could of included a welcome/get to know each other activity to help make breaks less lonely. Ebe was great, really helpful and answered all questions.

The course was comprehensive and allowed me to understand multiple elements of power point. This will enhance my performance at work. EBE was a good professor.

Great course - unfortunately we will not be able to use all of the features as we have issues with our IT and phones

I felt that the training was helpful, although I had already taught myself a number of the features. There were a few extra points within Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook that I found helpful.

Enjoyed the informative and relaxed style also didn't drag out one subject and was freeflowing

Some of it was stating the obvious a little as we'd already been using word, excel and powerpoint. I understand that everything had to be covered though so it wasn't an issue.

Really positive and useful experience. Challenging and educational, with a lot of lively discussion facilitated by Jo.

The room can get a bit stuffy in PM. Would prefer to start earlier and finish earlier.
