I didn't really have any personal objectives for this session. However, I have learned a lot about how to best approach my team, and traits that they might like to see.

The Zoom online meeting was facilitated effectively, with our host engaging the team and guiding the discussion on key concepts. All team managers were present, creating a valuable opportunity to share opinions and perspectives based on their experiences and understanding as managers. The session was highly positive and collaborative.

The structure of alternating presentations, group work and our own personal feedback was really effective and meant that energy levels stayed high throughout the day. I was surprisingly happy to sacrifice a day of my holiday for this course.

Brilliant session, doesnt feel like it was too much

So many practical resources and tools have been highlighted so it's important to maximise these

Experimenting with new ways of supervision will be useful, as it's draining having to come up with an answer each time - asking the coachee to reflect and problem solve more will be useful and promote development

I find the course material, including the prework very helpful and practical. I feel I would be able to utilise them in day to day work
