Trainer, training material and venue excellent.
Trainer was very knowledgeable and helpful. Made us feel at ease . He was excellent. The venue was excellent
A completely new and refreshing approach to this type of training. Really enjoyed how most of it was activity based and open for conversation. Steve was really supportive and understanding of everyone.
A very helpful introduction to what I feel is quite a complicated new system to use.
I enjoyed the session. Arrival could have been better coordinated. No one could help when I arrived at the venue in the ground floor reception area and when I arrived on the 3rd floor, the person organising where my group was didn't know the time, tried to show me into the wrong meeting room etc. However, once in the session I learnt quite a lot and I can see how I will be able to use the system going forward.
Useful and well organised. Would have liked some more practical but that would have been more time and so covered less. We can always practice at home.
Pace in afternoon just too fast and lacking in background explanation and reinforcement so by session 3 end just could not grasp enough to keep up
The best training I've had so far. Dez was absolutely brilliant, very engaging, and provided the whole group with lots of useful feedback. I loved the fact that there were lots and lots of practical exercises, which helped me build my confidence in presenting. It felt like Dez's approach was a bit unconventional in a good way, rather than like something taken out of an outdated corporate coursebook. I liked the focus on how to engage the audience. The only thing I missed was more guidance on how to present data, as most of us in the group have to deliver more technical presentations.
Really enjoyed the day, helped put things in perspective. Dez was really appropriate for the session - approachable, friendly, relaxed, down to earth (but remaining professional). It seemed his experience in living with monks has given him a certain approach and insight which was warmly received.
