Havent had a chance to read the booklet yet but looking forward to it. Only criticism was that the room wasnt great and that is Parliaments problem!

the location was very easy to find as i have been here before. Paul was a great as a trainer, he worked in the pace for me to understand.

Excellent practice activities

I thought the trainer was brilliant. The pace was quite quick so you could maybe fall behind if you weren't confident.

Gained better understanding and had a great teacher.

Sal was very patient and made sure she interacted with the group - it made the whole experience a lot less daunting!

Course wasn't long enough to cover the topics I was particularly interested in - not the Facilitator's fault. Discovered some handy tips to enhance the functions/techniques I'm already using.

I really appreciated the positivity in this course and though there were some aspects that I found quite challenging, it's been great to take part.
