Feel like i took in a lot of useful information today relevant to my role. pace and content were perfect and Rudy made the course relevant as we went along as there were different levels in the room, but everybody stayed at same pace.
Rudy was very helpful, patient and clear in his explanations of Excel. I felt the day wasn't rushed and it went at a pace everyone in the room could go along with and enjoy whilst learning.

Rudy was extremely helpful and patient with the group and managed to keep us all entertained and engaged. I have used things that will minimise the time i take on spreadsheets and helped me with my work. I know feel more confident to use excel and have a greater understanding. looking forward to stage 2
I found the course well structured and easy to follow the trainer. Rudy was an an exceptional trainer and facilitator. He explained things step by step and tried to use our 'day jobs' to ensure the information resonated with us. The room was quite small and it had to be adapted to ensure Rudy could get round easily and support delegates where needed. He kept the day at a good pace and made sure we were all at the same pace. He did do differential learning by giving a delegate more info when she was ahead of others to ensure she was engaged. Thank you for a great day and I look forward to level 2.
The course met my expectations and the trainer was excellent at engaging everyone, ensuring we all got what we needed from the course.
The course covered our supervision process well. Was good to share with someone outside the business but other colleagues in other areas too
