Enjoyed the session and it moved along at a good pace
Lot of ground covered tailored to the 6 of us present Can't comment on the manual /booklet as yet as have not had opportunity to read properly
I enjoyed the day very much. I learned some interesting insights and heard some that I had previously heard but good to have them reinforced. Definitely things to take away, but some benefits may be intangible.
We use be-spoked templates - this was not addressed in the course. Learned some new elements Would have been nice to know what the differnece between Level 1 and 2 were and what we were going to learn today

I really enjoyed this facilitator and training. I had issues with interviews and talking to clients confidently but am now putting what I learnt into practice with my clients and strangers I come into contact with. Observing their responses and learning from them.
I really enjoyed the course and I thought the trainer (I can't remember his name - sorry!) was great! One of the stories he told did make me cry but I won't hold that against him! I think one thing I will take from the course is to try and not over react to situations and to pause before responding - this is more for my home life than work I think.
