Really engaging course, very useful and very practical. Got to try out the various tasks and learnt lots! Judy just has a really nice way about her.
It perhaps could have been done over 1 longer session rather than the 2 sessions
Really pleased with the course content and delivery in general, and feel I got a lot out of it. We did start quite late (about 45 mins) but the facilitator did explain the reasons which sounded unavoidable. I personally felt there was a little too much time spent designing our own document after lunch - I would have rather carried on going through the content.
Everyone here was very friendly, good facilities. The course was easy to follow and took us right back to basics which made it simple to understand. Pat made sure that he knew what we individually wanted to get out of the course and was very helpful. Ice cream was a nice touch!

Lovely venue. Great training tailored to the individual, lots of explanations when needed. Very supportive.
