Enjoyed course

Great training day, interesting on how to word conversations and how I can approach them.

Interesting and practical

It was a bit too much information to take in for one day

I had no expectations as have not undertaken a leadership course in many years but I have truly enjoyed this session and look forward to February :-)

While some of the content was known to me it was very helpful to have the time and space to refresh on some of the concepts, hear from others, collect links for additional reading and consider my own response to what I was learning.

Could not set any objectives prioir to the course but gained overall confidence and knowledge

really good day learnt a lot and definitely look forward to putting into practice
