The 3.5 hours passed very quickly and I think it easily could have been longer as some of us were having issues getting access to documents in the right format and certainly online it can be challenging especially if you haven't got 2 screens. Sal's knowledge was excellent and she explained very well the key points to using CoPilot effectively.

Our facilitator, Sal was excellent! She was engaging, clear, and patient, and made sure we were all involved and following along with the topic that we were working on.
