This was a really useful course for me as a refresher for elements of PM/BA roles that I've done for many years. There were elements that I had completely forgotten, and others that allowed me to re-review some of the approaches to some of the work I am currently doing. It also really highlighted where organisations are leaping ahead without the planning and required impact assessments which results in disjointed and costly mistakes.

Very engaging session which had a good balance of peer to peer working and discussion and facilitator lead learning.

Good - engaging and enjoyable

The training was well structured and engaging. The instructor was easy to ask questions and seek clarification. It provided a comprehensive overview of Copilot's capabilities and where/how to use it.
