Really useful course, I've learnt lots. Edmund is great - the pace was fine and he made sure everyone kept up and was on track. He was very knowledgeable and patient. However, I think that it was too long - I would have preferred to do this over 2 sessions - maybe 2 different mornings or similar. The content was great and Edmund was super but I struggled to keep focused on the same thing from 9.30-3.30.
I have been using One Drive for a while but it was helpful to learn about it's full functionality.
learnt a lot about excel that I didn't know before. I am now able to make formulas and charts which I was not able to do so before.
It seemed a bit slow at times, but this was because of participants not keeping up due to difficulties with splitting their screen or switching between their screens. So time was lost due to a discussion on the criteria and expectations of the course and ensuring that everyone had kept up and understood what we were being taught. In the circumstances the tutor did really well and I believe covered the key concepts. The tutor remained calm and pleasant throughout, even though I felt quite frustrated particularly during the discussion during the first session.
I really enjoyed the course - I gained more from Day 2 than Day 1. I think more could have been covered in Day 1. I felt that 2 hours lunch break was too long so more could have been covered overall. The trainer was really engaging and interactive, interesting subjects.
A faster pace this time, with a lot packed in. Good to cover significant ground but, in places, did feel rushed or lacking time to really discuss with group the ideas being developed (would say, if you have a group of 4 or 5 people, more time is needed than was had to make it meaningful. Not much more, but a bit).
Some interesting tips and hints to take away plus exercises to practice.
