Great trainer who involves everyone, understand peoples needs and what their objective is. Very understanding friendly and easy to work with.
Level 2 was more involved but Rudy made the steps simple and clear to help us understand better.

Found this course really informative and learnt a lot. Personally I liked doing this course the day after doing Level 1 as everything was fresh in my mind and can go back into the office tomorrow to practice all I've learnt. Rudy is very effective in how he imparts his knowledge.
Fantastic start to the leadership course. Everything is explained in a way to ensure that you as a group and an individual understand it. Nikki and Sarah were both great trainers and made sure the learning pace worked for everyone. The attention to detail is excellent and there are no stupid questions!
I came here last month to try the taster session for this course, and was thoroughly impressed. Today I was especially impressed by the readiness everyone was to speak and get fully involved, it really affects how well this course will go. I'm glad that day one has already met my expectations and I am looking forward to day two.
