Overall a very well delivered, thoughtful training, full of useful and practical ways of steering more positive conversations.
It was brilliant training, incredibly engaging and lots of really useful facts and ideas to practice. The role playing was incredibly useful and being able to implement learning in the same work shop.
Some areas were a bit basic but it was good to recap and I definitely learnt quite a few new short cuts. Looking forward to the level 3 training.

It was a really useful day and I'm happy I am able to take the manual with me to study! The content was advanced enough that I was aware of functions but not able to use them, and the pace was great - we learnt, practised, recapped and moved on with plenty of time for questions and were encouraged to help each other.
