I learned about areas i didnt think i needed to know which was incredibly helpful. I also just genrally enjoyed the session and found it very relatable and light hearted.
Some areas weren't relevant, but learnt some handy tips and having the booklet to refer to is useful.
A good well rounded course that covered lots of aspects of outlook.
Happy is lovely and always delivers. The start was a little bitty and could be improved.
