I really enjoyed this course and I felt it made explicit ideas I already had in an unformulated and instinctive way. It gave us good practical ways to implement them and the trainer was great. And it forced us to put them into practice, which is essential to embed a new way of thinking.
Useful course, will definitely show several of the functions shown
Great content, fantastic trainer, and a really engaging course. However I would have appreciated a bit more of a critical approach to the management theories on offer. I.e. this argument has been put forward by X and was criticised by Y who believed Z.
Some of the language and jargons are of corporate nature. Needs customising to a trade union context.
