Great to be able to try out the functions of zoom when not in a meeting. Lots of ideas to make our sessions more interactive and less formal.

a really good reminder and top up of skills, I've done a longer course before but forgotten much of the content, the short course really helped bring it back and add to knowledge, lots of time to speak, I like Pauls facilitating skills, good balance of giving Info and letting others speak so we can also learn from each other.
