The training was enjoyable and thought provoking. I can see scenarios where changing the style and environment of certain meetings will be beneficial and hopefully more productive. Most of all i want to encourage more participation and involvement by others and the structures techniques will help achieve this.
Overall the topics related to myself and the environment that I work in.
The training provided a good space to talk about the things we already use as resilience tools and the things we can adopt to improve resilience
