It was a very useful training course for me
Good course; if anything, would have liked an even deeper dive on constructive feedback and dealing with difficult personalities. Really liked that the advice given on the course was backed with scientific evidence, anecdotes, and success stories; i.e. 'companies that do X are more successful' or 'doing Y raises cortisol levels', etc.
Trainer (Kevin T) was great, course was very informative, lunch and ice cream delish! Thanks for the vegan options!
I found it hard to get to the substance in a two day structure. The theory was ok but I did not get many takeaways from day 1.

Having not managed projects as part of my previous roles this was super helpful to be able to understand my role in it, but also each person's part and how I can better serve my team

Thought it was a great day. The fact we were able to do the project management on our own topics, made it relevant and easier to grasp. Highly recommend
I really felt like I took a lot away and was glad that the course was interactive. I was worried that we would just be talked at and i struggle in that type of environment.
I found the pace a little fast at first but the tutor slowed down and then I was able to keep up. Overall the course is very good, although some of the content will not be used for my line of work but I will practice so I don't forget it.
